Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Florise Studio. We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

RETURN REQUESTS

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Before sending any item back, please contact us to request return authorization. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

SIZE, FIT & CHANGE OF MIND

Please review the product measurements and size information carefully before placing your order.

Returns due to size, fit, color preference, or change of mind are considered customer-choice returns. In these cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Final Sale items
• Gift cards
• Customized or personalized items
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without original tags
• Hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos or video of the item
• Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
• A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the information provided, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.

Please do not discard the item or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

RETURN SHIPPING

For customer-choice returns, including size, fit, preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.

We strongly recommend using a trackable return shipping service. Florise Studio is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

RETURN ADDRESS

Please do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping label.

The correct return address and return instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.

REFUNDS

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled before sourcing or fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, you will be contacted and may choose an alternative item or receive a full refund for the affected item.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unpaid customs charges, any refund may be reduced by:

• Original shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier fees
• Customs or handling fees incurred

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please request an eligible return and place a new order.

RETURN DEADLINE

Once your return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.

Returns shipped after this period may not be accepted.
