Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Florise Studio. We hope you love your order, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.
RETURN REQUESTS
You may request a return within 14 days after your order has been delivered.
To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a deduction from the refund.
SIZE AND FIT
Please review the product measurements and size guide carefully before ordering.
Returns caused by size, fit, color preference, or change of mind are treated as customer-choice returns. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned without original tags
- Intimate apparel or hygiene-sensitive items, where applicable
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging and shipping label
- A description of the issue
After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another appropriate solution.
Do not discard the item or packaging until your request has been reviewed.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns caused by size, fit, preference, or change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part.
We strongly recommend using a trackable return shipping service. Florise Studio is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
RETURN ADDRESS
Do not send returns to the address shown on the original shipping label.
The correct return address and return instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
REFUNDS
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled before sourcing or fulfillment begins.
Because some items are sourced specifically after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has started.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or unpaid customs charges, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier or customs fees incurred.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please request an eligible return and place a new order.
RETURN DEADLINE
Once a return request has been approved, the item must be shipped within 7 days using a trackable shipping service.
