ORDER PROCESSING
As a carefully curated boutique, some items are sourced after your order is placed.
Orders are typically processed within 4–8 business days. This processing period includes sourcing, domestic delivery to our fulfillment location, quality inspection, and packaging.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
If an item becomes unavailable or if we expect a significant delay, we will contact you by email. You may choose to wait, select an alternative item, or cancel the affected item for a full refund.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
After your order has been processed and handed to the international shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time to the United States is 7–15 business days.
The estimated total delivery time, including processing and international shipping, is approximately 11–23 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
MULTIPLE-PACKAGE SHIPMENTS
In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to availability or fulfillment arrangements. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each shipment.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Florise Studio is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us.
We will assist you in opening an inquiry with the shipping carrier. Carrier investigations may take several business days to complete.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
- Check any safe delivery locations around your property.
- Contact the local delivery carrier.
Please contact us if the package still cannot be located, and we will assist where possible.
